At Unique Creations Pix, every item is created with love, care, and attention to detail. We believe in offering products that uplift, inspire, and bring joy to your space. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll do our best to make it right.

For Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at uniquecreationspix@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We gladly accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely for return.

Here’s how it works:

Return Shipping: You’ll cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If your item was damaged in transit or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement once verified.

For Digital Downloads

All digital products are final sale. Since downloads are delivered instantly, we can’t offer refunds once files are accessed. If you have trouble opening or downloading your purchase, reach out, and we’ll help make sure you receive your files without any issues.

To Start a Return

Email uniquecreationspix@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short note explaining what happened.

We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps and a return address if needed.
