All our products are customized to order, so please consider the following time frames when making a purchase. Some packages may be shipped separately, but rest assured, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Ensure that your billing, shipping, and cart details are accurate as changes cannot be made once an order is confirmed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email us at uniquecreationspix@gmial.com.
